The Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (IBAN) reportedly concluded its Emergency Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, marking a pivotal moment for the country’s broadcast industry.
According to the reports that have surfaced, key figures in the industry were elected to the Board of Trustees (BOT). John Momoh was appointed as Chairman, with other notable members including Osa Sonny Adun, Raymond Dokpesi Jnr., Ben Bruce, Sir Godfrey Ohuabunwa, Alhaji Ahmed Tijjani Ramalan, Dr. Hakeem Baba Ahmed, Tony Dara, Toun Okenwale, Tatiana Mousali, and Olalemi from TVC.
The newly formed BOT can potentially revitalize the sector, focusing on fostering growth and addressing current challenges in the broadcasting landscape.
