Nigerian Govt. Lifts the Suspension on Twitter After 7 Months

Following a dispute that lasted 7 months, the Nigerian govt. has announced the lifting of the suspension of Twitter in the country. It has been stated that Twitter has now agreed to the demands for working in the country.

The suspension of twitter in the country was sparked with Twitter banning a tweet by the Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari with an outcry over the freedom of speech and expression.
