Samsung Appoints Tae Sun Lee to Head the East African Market

In a recent announcement, Samsung Electronics has disclosed that Mr. Tae Sun Lee has been appointed as its new East Africa Managing Director. Previously Mr. Lee held the post of Strategic Director at the Integrated Mobility Division in Samsung Electronics South Africa.

“I am very excited to have joined Samsung Electronics East Africa, I believe that this market has a great deal of potential for our Samsung products. I look forward to serving our customers and working together with the East African Team” Said Mr. Lee.

In his new role 14 markets will fall under the purview of Mr. Lee including Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, Burundi, Somali Land,  South Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Republic of Congo,and DRC.
