Telkom’s Case Against ICASA to Now be Heard in Mid-April

In a recent development in Telkom’s court case against ICASA, it is seen that the case will now be heard in mid-April. Telkom had asked the high court to review ICASA’s plan for the auction which was supposed to be done in March.

However, despite its last development of Telkom dropping Part A of its case, the new mid-April deadline can cause the spectrum auction to delay even further.
