Zain Bahrain, a telecommunications industry innovator in the Kingdom, signed an agreement with digital parking platform ParkPass, a sister company of ParkPoint, to offer all Zain Bahrain customers valet parking membership. The deal was signed by Zain Bahrain Director of Consumer Marketing and Sales, Ammar Al Ketbi; and ParkPoint Managing Partner, Omar Al Khan.

ParkPass offers its members discounted access at multiple valet parking locations in the Kingdom of Bahrain, such as City Centre, Seef Mall, Moda Mall, Bahrain Bay, Bahrain Defence Force Royal Medical Services (BDF-RMS), Block 338, and more. As per the agreement, all Zain Bahrain customers will receive 15% discounts on valet parking services, while members of its exclusive package ‘Al Zain’ will receive 30%. The offer, available for prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers, is valid until 15th February 2023.

“We view the customer’s journey as a holistic experience, one that extends beyond the traditional sales transaction and encompasses nuanced elements that meet the aspiration of today’s shoppers. Zain Bahrain is committed to enhancing that journey from the very first step. We are delighted to sign this agreement with ParkPass, which will help us fulfill that promise for our customers and ensure that each visit to our branches is a breeze.”

Ammar Al Ketbi, Director of Consumer Marketing and Sales, Zain Bahrain

“We are proud to be signing this agreement with Zain Bahrain and are confident that their customers will find value in this partnership. As a major player in the telecoms market, Zain Bahrain’s branches attract thousands of visitors on a daily basis, which means finding a parking space can be a challenge. ParkPass can help resolve this by making sure Zain Bahrain customers always have a dedicated space so their visits are free of interruptions or delays.”
