Vodafone Egypt Raises its Stakes in Bee and Masary

In a recent announcement, Vodafone Egypt has disclosed that they have subscribed to a capital hike at nominal value in the e-payment platforms, Bee and Masary wherein they raised their stakes to 9.99%.

Bee and Masary are owned by Ebtikar Holding for Financial Investments which is a joint venture between the MM Group for Industry and International Trade and BINV. Ebtikar’s stake in Bee and Masary stands at 90.01% and 63.64% while MTI holds a 40.5% stake in Ebtikar.
