Smart Africa’s CEO Meets with Sierra-Leone’s Minister of Information and Communication

The DG/CEO of Smart Africa, Mr. Lacina Koné⁩ met in Freetown with the Honorable Minister of Information and Communications at Government of Sierra-Leone, Mr. Mohamed Swaray Swaray. During the meeting, they discussed about the ratification of Smart Africa Secretariat (SAS) protocol agreement, exploring synergies between the world bank fund for re-skilling of Sierra Leone with specific to capacity building of the country cybersecurity ecosystem through SADA.

It was also an opportunity to update each other on the ongoing progress of SAS technical assistance of Digital documents Tracking Workflow System DTWS and the re-inforcement of the country contributions to the secretariat initiatives.
