M-PESA’s CEO Meets with World Leaders to Discuss Opportunities in Africa
Sitoyo Lopokoiyit, the CEO of M-PESA Africa recently attended sessions in Stockholm with the Minister of International Trade Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Johan Forssell and tech business leaders on opportunities within the African Continent and in particular Kenya. Lots of opportunities with great companies and leaders such as Klarna, Sinch, Norrsken Foundation, Storeinn, Business Sweden, Nordic Capital, Afri Digital Ventures, Anna Kinberg Batra, Andreas Giallourakis among others.
Kenya is well positioned to be the tech hub of Africa (Silicon Savana) and looking forward to seeing deeper partnership formed with Kenyan companies not only in tech but also in education, health, climate and other impact areas. Special thank you to Embassy of Kenya in Sweden, Business Sweden and Henrik Barck for the support.
