Airtel Uganda flags off a fleet of 59 vehicles to ease service delivery at a flagging-off ceremony held at its offices in Bugolobi.

The fleet of cars and motorbikes was handed over to its sales department to ensure quick service delivery and customer satisfaction.

While handing over the new fleet of cars and motorbikes, Flavia Ntambi, Director, Human Resources said that the vehicles would go a long way in ensuring efficiency when delivering services to our customers throughout the nation, especially in hard-to-reach areas.

As Airtel, our 4G network covers the nation border to border even in hard-to-reach areas.  Therefore, these cars will make it possible to reach those places on time and ensure pristine service delivery.

Where the cars cannot go, the motorcycles will be able to reach as they are able to navigate difficult terrain with ease. Therefore, we shall be able to reach the customer in the remotest area.

The most important thing for us at Airtel is to reach the customer and give them a good and memorable service.

We want to thank our staff who have been working behind the scenes to make today’s fleet send-off a success; our Flavia N Lwanga Director, Human Resource, David Birungi, MCIPR Public Relations Manager, Jane Auma Public Relations Executive, Byron Matovu Corporate Sales Executive, Julius Wamboka Wamboka, Transport Manager, Michael Oponya Supply Chain Director and the all our Regional Business Managers
