MTN’s Global Leadership Gathering is Taking Place in South Africa

MTN’s Global Leadership Gathering is an annual conference which brings together its global leaders from across the continent, to enable them with skills and knowledge to lead successfully and bring out the best in their teams.
Hosted in SA this year, we will see culture, values and strategic action take centre stage.

Kicking off on 7 February with the theme, ‘Leading through Values’, it will aim to reinforce our values as our foundation, what we stand for and how our leaders and team players shape MTN’s culture.

The host, MTN SA CEO, Charles Molapisi, together with his EXCO team extended a warm welcome to the MTN leaders, treating them to a night of the finest music, art, diverse cultures, South African cuisine and networking.

The conference will take place on the 7 and 8 February. The Group President and CEO, Ralph Mupita will address the MTN leaders during the Leadership Gathering.
