Anwar Soussa to Leave Safaricom by July End
After successfully leading Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC, Anwar Soussa, the Chief Executive Officer, will be concluding his tenure with the company on July 31, 2023.
Soussa’s departure marks the end of his secondment within the organization. During his time at Safaricom, Soussa played a pivotal role in the expansion of the company into the Ethiopian market. Safaricom achieved significant milestones in establishing its presence in Ethiopia’s telecommunications sector under his leadership.
