Naguru Airtel 5G powers Next Wowzi plan to create 1.5 million jobs for Uganda’s youth. Yesterday, Airtel, Uganda’s first 5G network joined Next Media and the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance to launch the NextWowzi platform.

The NextWowzi platform will connect influencers with top brands, and utilize advanced analytics to create over 1.5 million jobs over the next five years.

Kin Kariisa Group CEO of Next Media Services while speaking at the NextWowzi launch said that the reason for launching this platform is to enable influencers to earn more and connect them to clients cutting out the middleman

There is a problem with getting these jobs. It is hard to connect these people to jobs. Today, the middle man is cut, it is your phone connecting you. We are creating with boda riders, campuses and women in the markets as long as you have internet. Airtel Uganda has launched #Airtel5G, and we want to plug in.
