MTN Rwanda Celebrates Graduation of Global Graduate Program’s Third Cohort

MTN Rwanda has announced the graduation of the third cohort of the MTN Group Global Graduate Program, themed Fit for Purpose.

In 2020, MTN Group launched the Global Graduate Program with the goal of nurturing and accelerating the development of top graduates across their footprint. This transformative initiative reflects MTM’s commitment to identifying and shaping Future-Ffik talent transitioning from school to the labor market.

As an annual intake program, the MTN Global Graduate Program continues to be a cornerstone of MTN’s dedication to investing in the next generation of who are being promoted to work in the technology industry. The program empowers them with the skills, knowledge, and practical experiences necessary to excel in the rapidly evolving landscape and generate positive changes in their communities.

It is truly a wonderful moment to witness the MTN Global Graduates completing their intensive 18-month journey of hard work and continuous learning. We’ve seen the Graduates immerse themselves in the market, delivering innovative solutions not only to close gaps within our industry but also within their communities. These individuals are not just graduates; they are future-fit and confident to make a lasting impact in the ever-evolving landscape of our industry and beyond.
