Saudi Arabia Explores African Expansion with Kenya, Prioritizing Renewable Energy Investment

Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman designates Kenya as a vital gateway for Saudi Arabia’s African ventures, citing its stability and growth potential.

The Crown Prince emphasized commitment to increased investments in Kenya, with a spotlight on renewable energy. Talks transpired during a meeting with President William Ruto in Riyadh, emphasizing progress in African economic growth and regional cooperation.

President Ruto urged global cooperation to combat insecurity and terrorism, advocating for a collective solution to conflicts in Africa. Both leaders underscored the importance of fostering regional stability, with the Crown Prince affirming that Kenya’s success is integral to Africa’s prosperity.

Earlier, the two leaders attended the opening session of the Future Investment Initiative. The President said the world can only grow and prosper when countries work together.
