Africa is often viewed as a single entity from the outside, but in reality, it’s comprised of individual countries with distinct cultures and customs. Having been in Djibouti for over 10 years, we initially thought expanding to neighboring Ethiopia would be straightforward. However, each country, like Ethiopia, has its own unique characteristics. Our approach involves learning about the specific needs, wants, and interests of each culture. For instance, Ethiopia, being an enormous country with a rich culture, necessitated a deep understanding of its unique way of doing business. Our experiences have been crucial in tailoring our services to meet the diverse needs of each region, contributing to their success and evolution.
