The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has officially implemented the “Data Center Services Regulations” document effective January 1, 2024. The regulations are applicable to all data center service providers within Saudi Arabia.

CST underscores that these regulations are designed to elevate service quality, safeguard users, and foster investments in the data center services sector.
