Orange Sierra Leone has announced a significant network modernization initiative aimed at improving the quality of both voice and data services for its customers. The company has completed the upgrade of its sites in Freetown, which are now under optimization, and is currently upgrading sites in the provinces.

During this network swap, customers might experience minimal service interruptions. Orange Sierra Leone advises customers to call 111 for any queries and assures that all measures are being taken to limit the impact on service quality.

This modernization effort reflects Orange Sierra Leone’s commitment to providing high-quality and reliable telecommunications services across the country, ensuring enhanced customer experience in the long term. The company appreciates the patience and understanding of its customers during this upgrade period.
