Airtel Kenya Expands Mombasa CBD Services with New Airtel Money Partner Shop

Airtel Kenya has officially opened a new Airtel Money partner shop in Mombasa’s Central Business District (CBD), marking a significant step in the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its service footprint in the coastal region. Strategically located on Haile Selassie Road, off Digo Road, this new shop is designed to cater to the growing number of Airtel Money agents in the area, offering services such as float purchase and float balancing.

This addition brings convenience to Airtel customers, eliminating the need to travel long distances across Mombasa CBD to access in-person Airtel Money services. The Rising Communications Partner shop is the seventh Airtel shop in the Coastal region, reinforcing the company’s commitment to ensuring easy accessibility for both customers and Airtel Money agents.

The launch event was attended by prominent figures from Airtel Kenya, including Coast Region Zonal Business Manager Carolyne Kyalo, Sales & Distribution Director Victor Ngumo Mwangi, and Airtel Money Managing Director Anne Kinuthia Otieno. Airtel Money remains dedicated to enhancing the accessibility and convenience of its services for agents and customers across the nation.
