Safaricom Introduces Terms for Free and Paid Reverse Call Service
Safaricom has announced the terms and conditions for its Reverse Call Service, available to all PrePay, Hybrid, and PostPay subscribers. This service allows users to initiate reverse calls, offering flexibility and convenience for Safaricom customers.
The service will be free to the initiator of the reverse call for up to two requests per day. However, subsequent requests made on the same day will incur a minimal access fee of Ksh. 0.5 per reverse call request.
It’s important to note that the Reverse Call Service cannot be used while roaming. By using this service, subscribers are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions provided by Safaricom.
