Nokia Expands Partnership with NGIC to Build Ghana’s First 5G Mobile Core Network

Nokia has reportedly announced an expansion of its partnership with Next-Gen InfraCo (NGIC) to build a 5G mobile core network. According to the reports that have surfaced this development extends their existing agreement, under which Nokia is already designated as the strategic technology partner for the construction of Ghana’s first 5G network.

The collaboration between Nokia and NGIC represents a significant milestone in advancing Ghana’s telecommunications infrastructure. The new 5G mobile core network is expected to provide enhanced connectivity and support the country’s broader digital transformation efforts.
