South Africa’s Constitutional Court Rejects Vodafone’s Request to Join Please Call Me Case

In a recent legal development, South Africa’s Constitutional Court has dismissed an attempt by UK-based telecommunications giant Vodafone to participate as a friend of the court in the ongoing Please Call Me case. The ruling, delivered on Friday, 6 September, marked a significant moment in the high-profile litigation.

According to a report by the Sunday Times, the Constitutional Court found that no case was made for the application to be granted.
