MICT and NIPAM Sign Three-Year Partnership to Enhance Capacity Building and Public Administration

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) has inked a three-year memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Namibian Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) at the Ministry’s head office in Windhoek.

MICT’s Executive Director Dr. Audrin Mathe and NIPAM’s Acting Executive Director Rebekka Kakololo signed the agreement.

This MOU, which will benefit both organisations will see NIPAM promote and market its programmes, facilities and other services through MICT’s multimedia platforms. Additionally, the partnership will enable MICT staff members participate in NIPAM’s programmes among others.

Furthermore, both parties understand the importance of working together to support their goals for the benefit of the Namibian society by cooperating areas of mutual benefit.
