According to several reports Peach Payments, a prominent digital payments service provider, has reportedly integrated its platform with Sukhiba, a leading conversational commerce and customer relationship management (CRM) platform based in Kenya. This strategic partnership aims to offer South African merchants a new sales channel that leverages the increasingly popular WhatsApp messaging app for conducting transactions.

According to the reports, this integration is designed to simplify the sales process for merchants by allowing them to interact with customers directly through WhatsApp. With the growing reliance on digital communication tools, enabling sales through a platform familiar to many users represents a significant step forward for businesses seeking to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
