MTN Cameroon Welcomes Government Delegation, Showcases Network Monitoring Advancements

MTN Cameroon was honored to welcome a delegation of Government officials this 10 October 2024, led by the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications,  Minette LIBOM LI LIKENG, along with administrative authorities from the Littoral Region, including Governor  Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha.

The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the progress made on the resolutions from the sector-based consultation held on April 27, 2023, aimed at enhancing electronic communications services in Cameroon.

The delegation also visited our Service Operations Centre, where they gained insights on how MTN Cameroon monitors its network and service quality in real-time, ensuring exceptional service for its customers.

At the end of the visit, the Minister praised MTN Cameroon for its efforts to improve the Quality of Service, in line with her recommendations, and encouraged the company to continue investing in service enhancements.
