The GSMA has announced the postponement of MWC Kigali 2024. Initially scheduled to take place later this year, the event has been pushed to 2025. A new date will be announced soon.

The GSMA acknowledges the potential disruption this may cause for participants and is working closely with the Rwandan Ministry of ICT & Innovation to ensure the smooth rescheduling of Africa’s most influential connectivity event.

Despite the postponement, the GSMA remains committed to fostering meaningful discussions on Africa’s digital future and investment in its digital infrastructure.

We look forward to reuniting in Kigali in 2025 and continuing our journey to advance connectivity across the continent.
