Elon Musk’s Starlink Sells Out in Harare Amid Surging Demand for High-Speed Internet in Africa

Elon Musk’s satellite internet service, Starlink, has seen its terminals sell out in Zimbabwe’s capital, Harare, marking a rapid uptake just two months after receiving the green light from local authorities.

This development makes Harare the latest African city to exhaust its supply of Starlink terminals, joining several Nigerian cities where the high-speed service has been equally popular. In Nigeria, the Starlink map shows sold-out status across five major cities, including the capital Abuja, alongside Kano, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Warri.
