Multiple reports have clarified that MTN Nigeria’s fintech subsidiary, MoMo PSB, has reportedly launched a new remittance service that allows customers to send and receive money across borders with ease. This offering reportedly enables users in Nigeria to transfer funds to 13 African countries, significantly enhancing financial connectivity on the continent.

The service reportedly supports outbound money transfers to countries such as Benin Republic, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Zambia. Additionally, recipients in Nigeria can receive money from six countries, including South Africa, Rwanda, and Mauritius.

This development seemingly highlights MoMo PSB’s dedication to promoting financial inclusion and simplifying transactions within Africa, ultimately fostering greater economic collaboration across borders.
