Vodacom Tanzania Conducts IT Upgrades to Boost Customer Experience, Service Disruptions Expected

Vodacom Tanzania has issued a notice to its customers saying that they are currently working on important upgrades to their IT systems to enhance the Vodacom experience. Over the last few days, the customers may have experienced some disruptions in the services.

These interruptions are due to ongoing major upgrades to our IT infrastructure, which are designed to enhance the quality and reliability of your Vodacom experience. Vodacom Tanzania stated that the teams are working diligently to minimize any impact on the service as they make these significant improvements. This exercise is planned to conclude by mid-November.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this period and want to reassure you that these upgrades are essential to serve you better, both now and in the future.
