Egypt Awards Licenses to Boost Call Center Sector and Digital Outsourcing

Egypt grants licenses to seven companies, boosting the contact center sector and solidifying its position as a global hub for digital services and outsourcing.

The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat has witnessed the ceremony of granting licenses to seven major companies operating in this field, namely Vodafone International Services, Raya Call Center Services, Telecom Egypt for Information Systems (Exceed), Concentrex, Capgemini Egypt, Genpact Egypt, and TTAC Egypt, in the presence of NTRA CEO Mohamed Shamroukh and Ahmed El Zaher.
