Paradigm Initiative highlights concerns with Tanzania's Data Protection Act, warning that exceptions to data disclosure may compromise privacy rights and urging stronger oversight to safeguard citizens' data.

Paradigm Initiative has raised concerns on X  regarding Tanzania’s personal data protection framework, specifically addressing provisions in Sections 25 and 26 of the Act.
