TRA Limits Non-Omani Employment in NOCs

TRA introduces a decision to limit non-Omani employment in Network Operations Centres, aiming to improve national workforce efficiency.

Multiple reports have confirmed that the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has made a ruling to set limits on the employment percentage of non-Omanis in Network Operations Centres (NOCs).

According to the reports this new directive is designed to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of the national workforce.
