MTN Cameroon appoints Swithurn Mwenifumbo as CTIO, leveraging his two decades of telecom expertise to enhance technology and innovation leadership.
MTN Cameroon has announced the appointment of Swithurn Mwenifumbo as its Chief Technology and Information Systems Officer (CTIO), effective January 1, 2025.
With over 20 years of experience in the mobile telecommunications sector, Mwenifumbo has held leadership positions at MTN Zambia, Airtel Zambia, Airtel Sierra Leone, and Airtel Ghana. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Zambia.
