NPTH's dismantling progresses, redistributing assets and transitioning Telecom Namibia and NamPost into independent entities, ending their government-owned structure.

Multiple reports have confirmed that Namibia Post and Telecom Holdings Limited (NPTH) is nearing its dismantling, with assets already redistributed among its subsidiaries.

Reportedly this move will transition Telecom Namibia and NamPost into independent entities, marking a significant shift from their previous government-owned structure under NPTH.
