MoneyHash raises $5.2M pre-Series A funding, led by Flourish Ventures, with support from Vision Ventures, GitHub founder, and Marqeta founder.

MoneyHash , a pioneering payment orchestration platform in the Middle East and Africa, has raised $5.2 million in pre-Series A funding. The company continues to solidify its position as a leader in the region’s fintech landscape.

Flourish Ventures, a global fintech-focused investor known for backing giants like Flutterwave and Chime, spearheaded the funding round. This marks another strategic addition to its portfolio of over 100 fintech startups worldwide.

Other notable investors included Saudi Arabia’s Vision Ventures, Arab Bank’s Xelerate program, and Emurgo Kepple Ventures. Jason Gardner, the founder and former CEO of Marqeta, made his first investment in the MEA region by joining this round.

Existing investors, including COTU, RZM Investment, and GitHub founder Tom Preston-Werner, also reinforced their support. This funding highlights growing confidence in MoneyHash’s innovative solutions and its potential to transform payment ecosystems in MEA.
