Airtel Gabon Secures a Neutral Fixed Network Authorization

Airtel Gabon’s neutral fixed network authorization aligns with Gabon’s digital transformation, boosting connectivity and innovation for businesses and individuals.

Airtel Gabon signed a groundbreaking agreement to establish and operate a technologically neutral fixed network in Gabon. The event was presided over by General Bonjean Rodrigue Mbanza, Gabon’s Minister of Digital Economy.

The specification was officially signed by ARCEP  President Célestin Kadjidja and Airtel Gabon CEO Thomas Herbert Gutjahr. This authorization marks a significant step forward in the country’s digital transformation strategy, positioning Airtel Gabon as a key player in advancing technological infrastructure.
