Lillian Barnard, President of Microsoft Africa, announced on LinkedIn the launch of the company’s Global AI Tour for 2025. The tour, which will visit Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, and South Africa, is part of Microsoft’s continued commitment to advancing Africa’s digital transformation. The event on January 23, will gather business leaders, IT professionals, and developers to explore Microsoft’s latest AI innovations.

Lillian Barnard mentioned that Microsoft’s vision for 2025 focuses on empowering businesses and startups across Africa to harness AI for sustainable, inclusive economic growth.
