PAIX Targets African Connectivity with New Dakar Data Center

PAIX plans a new Dakar data center near ACE and 2Africa cable landings, boosting cloud, content, and connectivity services in Africa.

Multiple reports have confirmed that PAIX has revealed plans to launch a new data center in Dakar, strategically located in the Ouakam neighborhood.

According to PAIX’s website, The site’s proximity to the ACE and 2Africa submarine cable landings positions it as a key interconnection hub for the region.

This facility aims to support local and African markets by enabling cloud, content, and connectivity services for businesses across major population centers.
