As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance citizen engagement, improve service delivery, and promote transparency, the Government of the Republic of Zambia launched the Citizen Support Portal.
The Citizens Support Portal is an innovative platform developed by the E-Government Division (SMART Zambia Institute) to bridge the gap between citizens and the government.
This portal serves as a feedback mechanism, allowing citizens to communicate with the government regarding services provided by various institutions.
By offering a convenient and user-friendly interface, the portal will empower citizens to actively participate in the governance process and ensure their voices are heard.
