LemFi Secures Central Bank of Ireland Approval for Bureau Buttercrane Acquisition

LemFi acquires Bureau Buttercrane with Central Bank of Ireland approval and raises $53M in Series B funding, totaling $85M raised.

LemFi has received approval  from the Central Bank of Ireland to acquire Irish fintech company Bureau Buttercrane. This marks a significant step in LemFi’s strategy to expand its operations in Europe.

The acquisition follows the announcement of LemFi’s $53 million Series B funding round, led by Highland Europe. Existing investors Left Lane Capital, Palm Drive Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, and Y-Combinator also participated in the round, bringing LemFi’s total capital raised to $85 million.
