Angolan Delegation Visits Zambia in an Inquiry on Digital Learning Initiatives
Angola’s technology ministry delegation visited Zambia to study its digital education model, as Zambia connects 37 TEVET institutions to ZAMREN’s network.

Felix Chipota Mutati, the Minister of Technology and Science in Zambia announced that they received a delegation from the Ministry of Education, Technology, Science and Innovation in Angola accompanied by ZAMREN Chief Executive Officer Mr Stein Mkandawire.
The purpose of the visit was to inquire how the Zambian government and ZAMREN have managed to work side by side in providing quality services to our institutions of higher learning and now even to public spaces like East park shopping mall and KKIA all targeted at learners and researchers ability to access Internet services.
Ministry of Technology and Science – Zambia working together with Zamren, has managed to connect 37 out of the 38 TEVET institutions to their network, a clear sign of bringing digital access and learning closer to the people.
