MTN Zambia launches ‘EVA’ AI-powered chatbot, enhancing digital access with real-time assistance on financial tips, global news, and essential customer support.

MTN Zambia and blackNgreen has introduced ‘Call Natasha’ powered by blackNgreen’s AI conversational agent, ‘EVA’. The service aims to bridge the digital divide by providing AI-driven support on topics ranging from financial tips to global news.
