MTN Uganda’s Sylvia Mulinge wins CEO of the Year as MTN Uganda secures multiple awards at MTN Global Leadership Gathering in Johannesburg.
MTN Uganda’s CEO, Sylvia Mulinge, has been named CEO of the Year across all 20 countries where MTN operates. The recognition was announced at the MTN Global Leadership Gathering (GLG) gala dinner in Johannesburg, highlighting her outstanding leadership and dedication to excellence.
In addition to Mulinge’s award, MTN Uganda secured multiple accolades, including the Group President and CEO Award for Y’ello Care, recognizing the impact of the company’s 2024 employee volunteer program. The company also won the Million Dollar Award for Best OpCo of the Year and the Value-Based Capital Allocation Award for its strategic investment approach.
