NCC partners with Innovations for Poverty Action to launch the Embedded Consumer Lab, using data analytics to improve telecom consumer protection.

Nigerian Communications Commission has announced that they are enhancing their analytical capacity to better protect telecommunications consumers by leveraging data for proactive decision-making.
Through their recent partnership with Innovations for Poverty Action they are establishing an Embedded Consumer Lab to analyze consumer complaint trends, anticipate emerging issues, and inform policy decisions.

By harnessing data effectively, we aim to strengthen consumer protection frameworks, improve complaint resolution, and drive evidence-based regulatory initiatives for a better consumer experience.
