Senegal’s President Bassirou Diomaye Faye launches “New Deal Technologique,” a decade-long strategy to modernize public services through digital transformation by 2034.

On Monday, February 24, 2025, the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, officially launched the “New Deal Technologique” at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center (CICAD) in Diamniadio.

The “New Deal Technologique” aims to transform the Senegalese public service, making it more modern, agile, and future-oriented. This ambitious digital transformation strategy is structured around four pillars and sets its goals through to 2034.
