Airtel Business Africa CEO Meets SMART Zambia’s Leadership to Boost E-Government Services

Airtel Business Africa CEO met SMART Zambia’s leadership to discuss strengthening digital infrastructure and enhancing e-government services through private-sector collaboration.

Mr. OLIVER FORTUIN, CEO of Airtel Business Africa Group, paid  a courtesy call to SMART Zambia’s National Coordinator, Mr. PERCY CHINYAMA’s office, to discuss potential areas of collaboration.
One of the key areas of collaboration discussed was strengthening the digital infrastructure required to enhance e-government services.
Mr. CHINYAMA emphasized government’s commitment to working with the private sector, recognising its critical role in accelerating technological advancements and driving economic growth.
Accompanying Mr. FORTUIN were Airtel Zambia’s Business Director, Ms. LINDIWE BANDA, and other senior officials. Among the officers from SMART Zambia present in the meeting were the Government Chief Technical Officer, Ms. KASALI MUSENGE, the Director of Digital Government Services ,Mr. MULOMBA HAMEJA and other officers.
