During MWC Barcelona 2025, at the Huawei Electric Power Summit under the theme of “Thrive with Digital, Accelerate Electric Power Intelligence”, Huawei unveiled a collaborative platform for the IEEE P2413.2 PDIoT Reference Architecture Standards. Industry experts and leaders from international standards organizations shared their latest research findings and successful practices to drive digital transformation in the power sector.

With the rapid development of technologies such as 5.5G, cloud, and AI, carriers are transforming from traditional connection service providers to digital service providers. Huawei proposes the “Five Ones” capability model to facilitate the carrier transformation to technology companies (techcos). At MWC Barcelona 2025, Huawei unveiled the ISP Business Success Driven by RAMS white paper (RAMS stands for ROI, Availability, Maintenance, and Security) and the Brazilian GIGA+ global online showcase, marking a significant step forward for ISPs/MSPs in their pursuit of green, efficient, and intelligent development.

Mr. York Yue, Vice President of Huawei and President of the ISP Business Unit, emphasized in his session speech: ” As AI-powered services such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek experience exponential adoption, end customers demand real-time cloud-device synergy.
