A ministerial delegation from Türkiye visited Ericsson at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, Barcelona, Spain, reaffirming the continued collaboration in driving innovation and advancing Türkiye’s digital transformation.
The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Mr. Ömer Fatih Sayan, Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance , Mr. İsmail İlhan Hatipoğlu, President of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Mr. Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu, Director General of Communications, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Ms. Aysel Kandemir, met with President of Ericsson Middle East and Africa, Patrick Johansson, Country Manager of Ericsson Türkiye, Işıl Yalçın, executive management, and experts from Ericsson Middle East and Africa.
During the visit, the delegation discussed the latest advancements in 5G, Artificial Intelligence, and digital infrastructure firsthand with Ericsson. Ericsson is committed to integrating locally developed technologies into the global ecosystem, fostering innovation, and strengthening Türkiye’s position in the global technology landscape.
