MTN South Sudan’s new Smartphone Bundling offers 6 months of free data, enhancing digital access and fostering connectivity across the nation.

MTN South Sudan officially launched its Open Market Smartphone Bundling service. Offering an incredible 6 months of free data! New smartphone users will receive 1GB valid for 1 week on a monthly basis for 6 month totaling to 6GB.

The event, attended by the Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, esteemed guests, and members of the press, underscored MTN’s unwavering commitment to empowering South Sudanese citizens through enhanced digital access.

The launch commenced with a warm welcome from Martha Demach, Head of Customer Experience, emphasizing the crucial role of the people in MTN’s progress. This was followed by Kamau Njoroge Henry, Chief Marketing Officer, who unveiled the strategic marketing approach and anticipated market impact of this groundbreaking offer.

Khamis Daniel Waiwai, Products and Services Manager, then provided a comprehensive overview of the Smartphone Bundling Service, detailing its features and benefits. This initiative aims to make smartphones more accessible and bridging the digital divide and enabling greater participation in the digital economy.

Monzer A., CEO of MTN South Sudan, delivered a powerful address, reaffirming MTN’s dedication to driving digital transformation in the nation. He highlighted the strategic importance of this service in fostering connectivity and empowering communities.

The event culminated with closing remarks from Kur Beek, Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, our Guest of Honor. His insights underscored the significance of public-private partnerships in advancing digital inclusion.
