Malawi’s Digital Push: Government to Connect 500 Public Institutions to Internet

The Ministry of Information and Digitalization, through the E-Government Department under the Digital Malawi Acceleration Project (DMAP), plans to provide internet access to 500 public institutions.

The Ministry of Information and Digitalization, through the E-Government Department under the Digital Malawi Acceleration Project (DMAP), plans to provide internet access to 500 public institutions, as reported by Malawi News Agency.

According to the said report, as part of the initiative, 2,000 schools will be connected through the Malawi Research and Education Network (MAREN), enhancing digital learning nationwide.
