Nokia & Airtel Back Zambia’s Digital Future with New Entrepreneurship Learning Programme
This initiative is expected to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to harness technology for business growth and job creation.

Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority has announced that on March 31, 2025, they witnessed the launch of the Online Entrepreneurship Learning Programme. The programme is an initiative aimed at equipping young Zambians with essential digital and business skills. It was launched by Hon. Felix Mutati, Minister of Technology and Science, and Mr. Ville Tavio, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland.
The announcement further stated that the programme is implemented by Nokia, in partnership with Airtel Networks Zambia PLC. This initiative is expected to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to harness technology for business growth and job creation.
Speaking at the launch, ZICTA Director General, Eng. Collins Mbulo, emphasized that this programme aligns perfectly with ZICTA’s mission to foster an inclusive digital society where young people transition from technology consumers to creators, problem-solvers, and job creators.– Excerpt from the Announcement
